Recently member dan13 has been toying with the idea of getting a bike (as so many other members have 'upgraded' this season). He decided to go to the HD:Riders Edge program to get his "M" class license and learn to ride. He was kind enough to do a overview of the program and shed light on how it works. Now to put this out of the way you dont have to be a complete beginner to take the class. Even if you have been riding for a couple months but never had someone coach you along I would highly recommend this for you.
As some of you know I spent 4 day weekend at Glenview Harley Davidson taking the Riders Edge New Riders Course. The course ran thur/fri 5:30-8:30 and sat/sun 7:30am-5:30pm. There were 10 people in the class to begin with and 2 people had to drop out because they were falling over(yes dropping the bikes)multiple times and continuously stalling. One girl was afraid to get back on after falling and another was asked to leave because she was putting us(other riders)in danger.........
